Our Foundation
Double Edge Equipment is based out of Idaho Falls, Idaho & was formed in the Spring of 2013. It started out as a business intended to help out the hard-working men & women of the area who didn't always like working with the big-time guys in the business & wanted the hands-on, personal touch that we provide.
Starting out, we took consignment units & allowed our customers to maximize the dollars they would get out of their assets, instead of taking a major loss on auctions. With the highest quality service mixed with the character we humbly work hard to maintain, the business grew upon that foundation.
Into the Future
Today we have a location right off the highway & a full service shop to accommodate our customers' needs at any turn. Whether that be consignment, service, parts, hauling or just some simple advice on the industry knowledge, Caleb & his Double Edge Family are ready & willing to help. Where did the idea for the name Double Edge Equipment come from?
It came from a combination of these Bible verses and finding out my wife was pregnant with twins just a month prior to starting our company. We felt double was kind of fitting at the time along with giving our customers an edge.
For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Hebrews 4:12
